Brandy Kalhori

I started my career a little over 20 years ago and in the beginning, I really enjoyed the service side of insurance and loved the claims handling part as well. At the end of last year my focus began to change and I wanted to venture over to the other side of it and begin selling the product. While I still handle customer service and some claim processing I now am loving this new position and love finding customers a perfect fit for exactly what kind of coverage they are in need of and make sure they are covered in the event of a catastrophic disaster. There is nothing I love more than to make sure my customer is fully protected and to assist them and be right by their side through any type of claim situation they may experience. I am married and have a son that attends the University of Alabama. I also have a little fur baby “Cocoa” that owns a very big part of my heart. When I am not working and not being a wife and mom, I love to spend every afternoon in the springtime through late summer working in my garden. I still have not figured out which I enjoy more of my gardening hobby if it’s planting and harvesting or if it’s the sharing part with my family friends and clients. I love to spend weekends either hiking, working in the yard, or just laying around binge-watching Netflix. I love to donate to children in need and around the holidays my family loves to bake cookies and bring them to the nursing homes for the holidays.
