I grew up in North Alabama and went to college at Troy State University where I played football and graduated in the winter of 1999. I started in the insurance industry in February 2000 with an agent in my hometown. I got licensed in May 2000 and worked in his office for two years until 2002 when I got this office up and going in August of the same year. I’ve been a principal agent ever since! I really enjoy working with people and enjoy nurturing relationships with customers and finding solutions to their insurance needs. When I’m not at work, I’m usually spending time with my son, staying healthy at the gym, or playing golf!

I have lived in North Alabama for several years, earned a B.S. Degree in Business from Athens State University and have worked with the public in several business-related fields: medical, legal, management, and insurance. I have an employment background in quoting home, auto, water sports and recreation vehicles as well as filing insurance claims for policyholders as warranted. I enjoy working with the public and the satisfaction of knowing that each day I make a contribution in meeting our policyholders and potential policyholders insurance needs. I truly enjoy the time spent with my family and friends especially now with the challenges we all are facing. It has made me realize the importance of time spent and memories made. I also contribute to a number of non-profits throughout the year–especially anything related to children, wounded warriors, and Tunnel To Towers.

I was born and raised in Athens Alabama where I still reside. I have my insurance licenses in property & casualty as well as life & health. I have an Associates degree in Office Administration. I started in insurance in 2009 in the office where I am currently, which means I’ve been here for 11 years! I enjoy working with the public and helping people obtain insurance that fits their budget and their needs. When I’m not in the office, I enjoy traveling to the beach, the mountains, or even just the river on my husband’s boat, especially with my family and our dog.  I also really love looking for old vintage glassware in my free time! But, probably my most gratifying hobby is helping out at my local church!

I grew up in the Huntsville area and have been in the insurance industry for a couple of years now. I handle anything from servicing policies to managing daily operations of the agency. I enjoy helping others meet their needs and solving every single piece of the grand insurance puzzle along the way! When I’m not working, you can easily find me out and about enjoying fresh air outdoors or city sights! I love critters of all types, so seeing them on my adventures always brings me joy. I was also the inaugural drum major for a local high school, and I enjoy performing and experiencing classical music (I was a major band geek growing up!). Again, because I do love animals I also love supporting the local humane society.

I was born and raised right here in Huntsville, Alabama. With 11 plus years in the insurance industry, I can provide clients with reliable and useful coverage advice, as insurance can sometimes be difficult to understand. I especially love helping clients with commercial and business insurance needs! I also am experienced in personal, life, and other commercial lines. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my Grandson, camping, and performing music for an audience!

I was raised in Meridianville, Alabama. While I have little experience in insurance, I do have ample experience with people. I love helping people find the best solution for their situations. I love to learn, and I love people. I am excited to grow my knowledge within the insurance industry and to help our clients in the best way possible. I love to read, I will read just about anything I can get my hands on. I could probably quote the entirety of Pride & Prejudice. I love researching random historical facts, just to say I learned something new that day. When I’m not working I am usually with my children, or friends, spending time together either at home or having little weekend adventures together. I am passionate about helping our elderly community, specifically those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I volunteer with a local non-profit called The Legacy Center, bringing items they may need, or serving on their Food Distribution days.

For four years, I dedicated myself to healthcare administration and insurance/billing before transitioning into commission sales. I am now excited to expand my expertise at Jon Peters Agency, focusing on the auto and home insurance sectors. My goal is to make a positive impact on our clients’ lives, ensuring they are treated with respect and their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.

Hailing from the vibrant Rocket City of Huntsville, AL, I am a proud graduate with a B.S. in business from Calhoun Community College, complemented by additional coursework from UAB. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my loved ones, particularly when we can enjoy the great outdoors together. An unexpected skill I possess, which might surprise my clients, is my proficiency in pool—a passion that has led me to become an integral part of my league family.

Away from the office, you can often find me at the pool hall with friends, creating memories with my nieces, or kayaking along the river when the weather permits.
